Terms & conditions

The teaching on this site, in its videos and articles and in Samuel's books, is Bible teaching. It shares what Samuel believes the Bible teaches and what he practises. It is not medical advice, it does not replace medical care, and it does not promise any particular result. Every decision you make, for yourself and for anyone in your care, is your own, made at your own discretion.

• Medical treatment. Don't stop, start or change any medical treatment because of anything on this site without talking to your doctor.
• Emergencies. Call 000 in Australia, 111 in New Zealand, 911 in the United States, or your local emergency number.
• Children and others in your care. Parents and caregivers have a legal duty to provide necessary medical care to children and others who depend on them. Nothing on this site asks you to withhold it.

The full disclaimer forms part of these terms.

The testimonies on this site are personal faith testimonies. That includes the radio recording, the church testimony and the video “Who is Samuel Waterhouse?”. They describe individual experiences. They are not independently verified medical evidence, and they are not a promise that anyone else will have the same experience.

News reports, broadcasts and other people's recordings appear as part of Samuel's story. They belong to their owners.

No endorsement. KIIS 1065, The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the news organisations and every other person or organisation mentioned or shown on this site are not affiliated with Samuel Waterhouse. None of them has endorsed him, this website or his books.

• Sending the invitation form or an email is an enquiry, not a booking. A meeting is confirmed only when you and Samuel have both agreed the date and details in writing. Email is fine.
• There is no speaking fee. Samuel accepts only a love offering when he attends. Any offering is a voluntary gift from your church or gathering.
• Travel, accommodation, filming and livestreaming happen only as you and Samuel agree beforehand.
• The host is responsible for the venue, its safety and any permissions the gathering needs.
• If plans change, either of you can change or cancel by letting the other know as early as possible.

• Gifts are voluntary. There are no expectations, and nothing is given in return.
• Gifts go to Samuel Waterhouse personally for his ministry work. Samuel uses them, at his discretion, to advance the kingdom of Heaven.
• Samuel Waterhouse is not a registered charity, so gifts are not tax-deductible.
• Please check the bank details before you send. If you make a mistake with a transfer, contact us straight away and we will do our best to help.
• Card payments are not available yet. When they are, the payment provider’s terms will also apply.

• Samuel's books are sold through Amazon, not on this website. Orders, payment, delivery and refunds are handled by the Amazon store you buy from, under its terms, alongside your consumer rights. See orders and refunds.
• The free sample of You Were Healed is for personal reading. You're welcome to share the link. Please don't share the file itself or redistribute the complete book.
• Prices and availability are set by Amazon in each country.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that can't be excluded.
